Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Nirmal Online account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
